In general, yes. But the point of the question was about angel-kin currently being able to access Heaven at will, and similar circumstances. Are you an angel? (By "Fallen, so, there's that" I don't know if you mean yourself.) If so, are you able to get to Heaven at will right now, or do you only remember what it was like when you lived there "naturally"?
