According to today's issue, Elfinkind Digest, the first known otherkin email list and the place where the word "otherkin(d)" was coined, will be shutting down after almost 30 years in operation (1990-2018). solarbird has changed the list webpage to reflect this. Le sigh. Although she's right, when there's only a few issues a year and you're lucky if there's even 2 messages in an issue, it would seem it's not really serving a purpose anymore.
