Recently, a person of questionable motives claiming to be associated with Animal Planet (of course), has been making the rounds on various forums looking for otherkin and therians. Most, apparently, were non-therian sites, though he recently tried to advertise on the Werelist. He or she has also been looking on kink sites, and judging from his/her behavior, would simply exploit anyone who responded (actually, based on the fact that it's a for-profit station).

Oh Lordy. They've returned! jarandhel posted a hoax alert back in January that dealt with something very similar. They seem even more careless this time, though.
